However, such businesses will simply `not be able to survive if booster steps are not taken - on urgent priority - to pull them out of the current bleak situation that they find themselves in. Manish Gupta, Shirish Bokil, Samir Chabukswar, and Rajeev Panse discussed and addressed these issues and shared their thoughts on the solutions that help them sustain and thrive.

Shirish Bokil - Convenor for MSME @CII, Pune & VP, Sourcing at Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology

A sourcing specialist at Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology. Has in-depth knowledge of costing and vendor management. Dealing with SMEs understands their businesses to the core. An enthusiastic speaker in popular forums like L&T leadership academy, BNI, Mahatech, CII, United Nations, etc. He is also the Convenor for MSME, Pune region for the CII.




Samir Chabukswar - Founder & CEO | User Experience Strategist & Entrepreneur @YUJ Designs

Samir has experience in setting up user experience practices at various organizations. He has been successful at establishing UX practices as profit-centers within a short time-span. Samir is a speaker at national and international conferences. He has also delivered in-house and external training programs in Usability Engineering. He is instrumental in building the UX community in India and has organized usability events in the city of Pune.



Rajeev Panse - Managing Director at AutoComp Corporation Panse Pvt. Ltd.

The PANSE Group was founded by Rajeev Panse, who is a Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Pune, & Diploma in Business Management from Pune University. He has done 6 months of training in QA at Carl Duiseberg Institute, Bremen (Germany). Today he holds a responsible position in ACMA & Chamber of Commerce.
